My btinternet email on the email client on my iphone and ipad seem not to be able to receive mail from the server The message says the mailserver mail btinternet is not When you change your BT email password on an iPhone iPad Apple device it may only change for INCOMING mail To change the outgoing mail password you have to go into Settings

Hi everyone I am unable to sign into my BT email account although I can still access the service through my iPhone 13 I have consistently been able to use my BT email account for the last Re Email access Thanks for your reply Unfortunately both my main myBT and email account details were looping I did finally resolve it by trying the email app again This hadn t worked
