Hi can someone please help me I cannot access my email log in just loops cheers BT email requires password at every login BT Broadband think broadband Register login

When I login for my BT Mail a dropdown menu appears listing my current address and password and many of my previous addresses and passwords that I no longer need How can I What number do i ring to request basic email setup I presume it is still free for the basic option

Is BT Email down Hi all I ve just tried to log in to BT email this afternoon 9 Feb 2026 and all I get is a white screen with black text saying The request is blocked followed by a long Re Is BT email down at the moment The Microsoft Outlook Ap on my mobile is still showing an up to date BT email inbox for my account So I can see new incoming messages that way
